7th Grade Dental: The school nurse will accept a dental form dated from up to one year prior to the school start date or anytime during their seventh-grade year. It is a state requirement that every student in 7th grade must have a dental exam.

All physical/dental forms can be picked up in the main office or downloaded from the district website.

Smile Dental Clinic: The Smile Dental Clinic will be visiting the middle school on March 19 and 20, 2024. If your child has been seen by them prior to this time, they will automatically be scheduled with them each time they visit, which is twice per school year from now through high school until you tell us otherwise. If your child is in need of a dentist, please call the nurse’s office at 717-242-1401 option 3, to get a form filled out and submitted back to us before the clinic. This will count as a private dental for those who still need to meet the state mandate for school.
