To accommodate parents/guardians who are essential workers, we will collect books and materials on Thursday, May 21 from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the MCJH cafeteria.  Once again students must wear a face mask.  Students will enter using the cafeteria doors (bus pickup/drop off door).

Additionally, students are asked to bring any PACK cash they have and drop it in the marked bin on whichever day they come into school.  We will be doing some end-of-the-year drawings and will contact winners.

We’ve included the original schedule and instructions for students whose parents/guardians are not essential workers for your convenience:

We will collect books and materials (e.g. district issued textbooks, library books, novels, etc.) from students the week of May 18.  Ms. Stewart has created a schedule to ensure we are staying within the limits of social distancing guidelines.  The schedule is as follows:

 Grade 8 Students – Tuesday, May 19

 Grade 9 Students – Wednesday, May 20

 Only students will be permitted in the building.  Students must wear a face mask.  The door to enter will be at the front of the building near the office circle and the door to exit will be at the flag pole.  We will be monitoring the doors so that the number of students allowed in the building will be limited.  Students will be given permission to go to their lockers and go to classrooms to return materials.  We ask that those interactions in classrooms be very short and that all social distancing guidelines be followed.  Teachers will be in their classrooms and only one student at a time will be permitted in each room.  

Yearbooks are not in yet but they will be distributed at a later date.  Information regarding distribution will be coming soon.
