On November 2, 2020, the administration created and rolled out a Mifflin County School District COVID-19 Dashboard with up-to-date information regarding all active and inactive student and staff cases for COVID-19 within the District.

This COVID-19 Dashboard was created to keep the parents, staff and community informed of the number of COVID-19 cases within the district. For this dashboard, an individual is labeled as an active case once he or she reports or is reported to the school as positive. The individual remains in active status until he or she is released by PA Department of Health (DOH) or a physician to return to school. If an individual is asymptomatic after 10 days of becoming symptomatic or testing positive for COVID-19, the individual is usually permitted to return to school. Once the individual is able to return to school, this individual is moved from active status to inactive status.

Above data is comprised of testing results that have been voluntarily submitted to MCSD Administration by parents and employees only. Parents and employees are requested to share any COVID-19 quarantine and positive testing results with the school nurse, Mrs. Monica Maxwell and/or Mr. Vance Varner so that the MCSD can have the most accurate data as possible.
