Mr. Diernbach helped 4th graders from Miss Moon, Miss Guldin, and Miss Bailey's classes compete in a K'Nex STEM Design Challenge. The competition was held at Juniata College 4/5/24! Students were challenged to help our Pennsylvania farmers by creating an agricultural robot or other type of "high-tech farming" equipment for farmers to use. Students prepared speeches about their projects and had a limited time to build their robot without teacher assistance! Despite not placing in the challenge, they learned a lot about the engineering design process and had a lot of fun while doing it!
