Flu Season Information 

Each year the "Flu Bug" makes its rounds. Are you prepared? Do you know the symptoms? What are the complications? How does the flu spread? When and who should be vaccinated?

The following information may be helpful and educational to keeping your family healthy as the influenza season approaches.

Symptoms * of flu include:
  • fever (usually high)
  • headache
  • extreme tiredness
  • dry cough
  • sore throat
  • runny or stuffy nose
  • muscle aches
  • Stomach symptoms, such as nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea, also can occur but are more common in children than adults
