    K’Nex Challenge 2019

Lewistown Intermediate School had six fifth grade teams from Ms. Stephens and Mr. Himes’ classrooms compete in the annual TIU 11 K’Nex Challenge on March 25, 2019. There were a total of 19 teams from surrounding districts at the challenge. Students had to design a crane that could pick up objects and move them at least 6 inches. The design also needed to have an environmentally friendly component.

LIS came out victorious with a first place win! We also had teams receive 3rd, 4th, and 6th places!
