RenaissanceTM Education Foundation:  Mission Statement

The mission of the RenaissanceTM Education Foundation is to help every school (k-12) in America promote and achieve academic excellence - in effect, create a "renaissance" in education.

This "renaissance" will be realized through educators using a framework of business principles and being part of a national network.

The frame work is based on business principles such as motivation, recognition, rewards, incentives, quality involvement and management, and their successful application in a school setting.

The national network is made up of Renaissance educators that are using this framework to affect grades, attendance, at-risk students, dropout rates, discipline problems, teacher morale, staff turnover, parental involvement and community support.
