Panther Pride Award Winners - November 2009

The Panther Pride Award is a recognition award given to those who exemplify the 12 traits of character that Mifflin County School District is committed to fostering in its students.

Criteria for this award are:

  • Exemplification of the twelve traits of character
  • Good attendance
  • Good attitude

Students are nominated by their teachers.  The selection process involves the principals, Mr. Varner and Mr. Maidens,  and the guidance counselors, Ms. Ripka and Mrs. Crone .

One student from each grade level receives the Panther Pride Award each month.  A student may only win the award once a year.
