LAHS Music Department - Choral Dept.

The District Choral Festival was held at State College Area High School,February 1 through February 4, 2006. The guest conductor was Dr. Christopher Kiver, who is a new professor at Penn State this year, and conducts both the Glee club and Chamber Singers. Regionals will be in six weeks at Richland High School in Johnstown. The guest conductor is Paul Rardin who is the conductor of choirs from the University of Michigan. The dates of this festival are: March 15-18.

The students that qualified for regionals are: Brittaney Rearick-Alto 2, Matt Loewen-Tenor 2, Ben Matthews-Bass 2, and Noah Ludington-Bass 2.
