LAHS 2007 Panther Marching Band

Lewistown Area High School is proud to present the 2007 Panther Marching Band.  This year the Panther Band will tell the story: "Global Warming:  An Inconvenient Show."   

Our story begins in Chapter 1 where we have Mellophone soloist Kristen Stufft and Trumpet soloist Sarah Siddons playing "Winter Wonderland."  Then the band goes "Dashing Through the Snow" with a Jingle Bell Spectacular.

In Chapter 2 Mellophone soloist Kristen Stufft plays "Here Comes the Sun" which leads to "Blue Skies."  Rapid industrialization brings a "Traffic Jam" and the beginning of "Urban" decay.

Chapter 3 has the band sweating to Hot HOt HOT" and Trupent soloist Sarah Siddons plays the theme from "Armageddon."

The Panther Marching Band is under the direction of Mr. Arthur F. Belfiore.  Percussion instruction is by Dr. Andrew Peck.  Mallet instruction is by Ms. Samantha Renninger.  Assistant Percussion Instructors are Matthew Sunderland, Noah Ludington and Justin Frear.  Color Guard design and choreography is by Mr. Alan Peoples and Mrs. Jennifer Glenney.  Color Guard Instructor is Mrs. Jennifer Glenney.    Marching Instruction is by Dr. Andrew Peck.    Drill design is by Mr. Steve Brown.  Music arrangers are John Leavitt, George Benson, Jay Dawson, Doug Adams, Andrew PEck, Samantha Renninger, Matthew Sunderland and Noah Ludington.   Music is by Felix Bernard, James Pierpont, George Harrison, Irving Berlin, Benoit Jutras, Alphonsus Cassell, Trevor Rabin, Andrew Peck, Samantha Renninger, Matthew Sunderland and Noah Ludington.
