I would like to nominate my 6th grade math teacher, Mrs. Shepherd for the teacher of the week award.  She teaches at my school, IVMS.  I think she deserves this award because she is fun, entertaining, and she really understands how us 6th graders think.  Also, she is so dedicated and she will come in even if she cannot talk just to teach us math!  I think Mrs. Shepherd makes math very fun and that is why I think she deserves this award.

Dear Mr. adam moon,

I would like to nominate a teacher for the teacher of the week.  Her name is Vicki Shepherd and she is the 6th grade math teacher at Indian Valley Middle School.  I would like to nominate her because she makes math fun and easy.  She doesn't give you a ton of homework either.  She is kind and understanding.  She is one of my all time favorite teachers!  My parents think she is cool, too.  She gives you four locker passes in case you forget a homework assignment.  She changes seats every semester so you're not stuck with a person forever!  (This comes in handy.)  :-)

I'm writing to nominate my teacher, Mrs. Shepherd, for teacher of the week.  She is a 6th grade math teacher at IVMS.  She also teaches Health.  The reason I want to make her teacher of the week is because she makes learning fun.  She also runs our Student Council.  Mrs. Shepherd is fun at after school activities, too.  She even does the chicken dance at the school dances!
