Transcripts
Transcripts are sent out every
Thursday from the guidance office. Please follow the instructions
that apply to your situation.
Current Student
If you are a current student at IVHS you have two options:
- You can fill out
a transcript release. This will give the
guidance office the ability to send your transcript to any institution
you are applying to. A parent's signature is needed if you are not
18.
Graduate
or Withdrawn Student
- If you graduate
from Chief Logan, Kishacoquillas (1984-1988), or Indian Valley
you can submit a transcript request to
the guidance office. There is a $2.00 per transcript fee. Checks
can be made out to Indian Valley High School.
- If you graduated
from Kishacoquillas other than the years of 1984 to 1988 you need to
contact Indian Valley Middle School to request your transcript.
