Food Critique:

When we ate at "Cooking in the Garden" today, we took everything into account: taste, smell, texture, appearance, presentation, quality of ingredients, temperature, overall success of dish; into account and we all agreed that it was a five star establishment.

The idea started after the Culinary Arts teacher Amy Houtz started a garden in one of the courtyards at IVHS.

The business department participated by working with the cash register and we plan to continue this throughout the year.
