William Penn Essay Awards

The fiftth grade were given a pizza party on Monday, June 4, 2007 by the William Penn House & Rehabilitation Center. The party was in celebration of the fifth grade's participation in the center's essay contest, "What book would I read to a resident and why." Three winners were chosen: Kyle Kahley was awarded first place, Hunter Wright second place and Brent Harpster third place. The winners received a certificate with their names and a gift certificate to Wal-Mart.
