On Friday, October 28th, Highland Park once again renewed the tradition of a school Halloween Party / Parade. The streets around Highland Park Elementary School were PACKED by parents and spectators for the long awaited Highland Park Halloween Parade.  Our Halloween parade  appears to have been a huge success. The students noticeably enjoyed the event. This also can be said of the many who lined the parade route.  All but a handful of students participated in this year's event. We truly appreciate the help from the fire and police departments.. Enjoy our pictures. Thanks to Mrs. Picketts for taking the pictures.
