4th Grade Fun Night Information and Permission Form

Who: HPAE 4th Grade Students

There will be a special event at the Highland Park Area Elementary School for all HPAE 4th Grade students on Friday, April 4, 2008. The "4th Grade Fun Night" will be held at the school from 3:00 until 8:00 PM for those 4th grade students who return the bottom section of the invitation that was sent home with the students. Forms should be returned to the child's teacher NO LATER than Friday, March 28, 2008. (Just in case the invitation was misplaced, another copy is available from this web page for printing)

A snack, supper and many fun activities are planned for the evening. Music or a movie will close the night. Be sure to select if you will be attending the movie or music choice on the form.

So that every child feels they have contributed to the Fun Night, we are asking that you bring an item for snack. To assure everyone doesn't bring the same item we are asking:

• If your last name begins with A-G please bring cookies, cupcakes, brownies, etc. (please have the items individually wrapped or cut and ready to serve)

• If your last name begins with H-Q please bring chips, pretzels, cheese curls, etc.

• If your last name begins with R-Z please bring a pack of juice boxes or a sixpack of soda, the smaller (6 oz.) cans would be appreciated.

Please have your child bring their snack contribution to school with them on the morning of 4th Grade Fun Night. Items will be collected during the day and soda will be refrigerated.

4th Grade Fun Night will end promptly at 8:00 PM. Parents must come into the school to sign their child out for security purposes. Please do not be late, as plans have been made to lock the school after our event has ended.
