| Simple Gifts, a early American folk song group, came to East Derry to show the children some of the instruments that they play on a regular basis. Some of the instruments shown were the guitar, banjo, violin, fiddle, spoons, mandolin, hammered dulcimer, and limberjack. Karen and Lisa played some songs for the students and were then joined by some students playing the limberjack. |
