| Fun was had by all of our East Derry Ski Club members during the 2007 season! In spite of questionable weather conditions, the club made its four trips to Tussey Mountain Ski Area on Thursday evenings with their advisor Mrs. Walker. We are very pleased to report that not one of our 21 members received any injuries due to mishaps or accidents. A few bumps and bruises were obtained on the tubing slope, however. Oh, what wild and crazy rides many of our tubers created! Several of our parents and family members joined us a few evenings for some wintertime fun. It was great to share this experience together. Our East Derry students were some of the best behaved and well-mannered groups there. We look forward to next year and hope many more of you will join us. |
