| The week of December 4th, Mary E. Knysh of Rhythmic Connections came to East Derry and gave the children workshops on the music of the Caribbean. She has traveled all over the world to find instruments and has been doing this for 10 years. She showed the children various instruments and the children had an opportunity to play them. She discussed sound and what makes sounds. The workshops were enjoyed by all. |
