| East Derry's Home and School received a $5,000 grant from Lowe's Toolbox for Education to finish the pavilion and make it into an outdoor classroom. Volunteers are making this project a success. Special "Thanks" to Jeff Bell and Dave Macknair who turned the pavilion project into a landscape architectual project. It looks great and the students will have some extra green grass to play on in the spring along with the completely finished and functional pavilion. The work party consisted of the Fleck family, the Geissinger family, the Shingler family, and Howie and Howdy Shehan, Chad Wagner Ethan Everly, and others. |
