Treasurer report $20404.42 this balance includes $5000 Lowes grant for pavilion

First teacher allotment paid, new fans bought for classrooms, and back to school gifts paid for

Campbells Report- Balance from last year 1728 labels

            Collected so far in Sept. approx. 700 labels

            Over the summer we got 3 digital cameras for teachers, crayons for k-2, and a paper cutter for home and school

Boxtop Report- Balance $508

            Collected so far in Sept. $318

There will be a walking club again this year for 3-5

We will collect can tabs again this year

Pavilion update-

Electricity will be tabled until we have more funds, we will pour concrete and look into getting  6 tables and a couple trash cans with our grant money, also some educational supplies

Discussed trying an International night again or a theme night for a fun evening for the kids in the Spring

Mrs. Ames suggested getting a banner for outside the classroom with the most parents attending Home and School as an incentive
