Welcome to East Derry

  • East Derry

East Derry Elementary School was built in 1962 and renovated in 2002 to add for a growing student population. Our one story brick building sits on 8.31 acres and has a large playground with a spectacular view of the mountains. The facility consists of 17 classrooms, and art/music room, library, computer room, and large gymnasium with a stage for performances. Each classroom has an interactive white board for use by both teachers and students. There are multiple laptop carts available to all students. East Derry is home to approximately 320 students in grades K - 3. There are 15 classroom teachers, 3 Title I teachers, 3 Special Education teachers, and 6 special area teachers. All of these wonderful people make East Derry a great place to work and learn.
