The Presidential Physical Fitness Mile Run

Presidential Physical Fitness Test’s standards

The standards are based on student’s age at the time
of the test. The age of sixth grade boys usually falls within the ages
of 11-12. The assessment is based on an 11-year-old boy.
A = 7:32 minutes or less
B = 7:33-10:00 minutes
C = 10:01-13:00 minutes
D = 13:01-15:00 minutes
D = 15:01 minutes plus (Students don’t fail but
must redo the run until they finish in 13:00 minutes or less.)
