Course Description: This course will emphasize
lifetime sports to develop useful and desirable skills to serve as
a basis for leisure-time activities. Guided experiences in a wide
variety of meaningful and challenging activities and a realization
of the importance of leisure-time activities following graduation
as a means of physical fitness in future years will be offered.
Required Time: One Year
