Course Description: This course will enable students to learn that health and wellness is related to their levels of physical, mental/emotional, and social well-being.

· Describe the differences between drugs used for medication and drugs used for harmful purposes (i.e., tobacco, alcohol) and understand that medication should only be accepted from a known adult.
