Description:
Seniors who meet existing criteria (including good attendance and good grades) may apply to participate in the Mifflin County School District’s Cooperative Education Program. Co-op is a paid work experience in the student’s career interest area. It offers the opportunity to obtain course credit for the experience.
An application must be obtained and completed before a student may sign up for the course. It is the responsibility of the student to have a job lead in order to be considered for the program. Occasionally businesses will contact us and request students, but that is the exception rather than the norm. A waiting list will be kept for prospective students.
