What Makes a Good Internet Project?
- It will offer something to all of the participants.
- It will enhance the learning of a broader subject area.
- All participants make a contribution of equal value or equal status
(or it might be set up so that it is necessary for each participant to
make an equal contribution).
- No disproportionate investment of time should be required for the
teacher or the student, ie the project should offer value for effort.
- The project should be relevant to the students and the curriculum
area.
- The project must have a clear and common focus so that the
participants are all working to the same goal.
- So, in essence, good projects are well planned. They
have a definite purpose or goal, a stated method of reaching
that goal and a defined timeline.
