Final Notes for Shaver's Creek
 

Please review the items listed below as you and your child prepare for our trip to the Outdoor School on  Tuesday, May 13, 2008

1. Double check the equipment check list provided.

2. Rain gear and an extra pair of shoes are a must.

3. Medication, if needed, is to be given directly to your child’s teacher on Tuesday morning. Be sure that it is properly
         marked, labeled and in the original container.

4. Students are to report to the Buchanan gym by 8:15 AM on Tuesday.  Do not go to the classroom. If your child
         normally eats breakfast at school they still may do so.

5. We will return from our trip on Friday, May 16, 2008 at approximately 1:45 PM.

6. Students may be picked up in the circle by the school. PARENTS, PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE CIRCLE!

7. The mailing address for the Outdoor School and the EMERGENCY ONLY phone number are listed below. If you are
         sending a letter to your child, please do so, no later than Friday, May 9, 2008, or it will not arrive in time.

8. Each child should be aware of the items they have brought along and they should be labeled in case they are lost.

9. Items to be left at HOME must be left at home. Such as electronic items, candy, etc.

10. Contributions are still being accepted, and your support is always appreciated. Please remember this contribution
    goes towards food and shelter for your child during our four days at Outdoor School. 

11. All money is due by Friday, May 9, 2008.
