ATTENTION PARENTS - IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS - New for 2002 - 2003

 

Children entering kindergarten for the 2002-2003 school year must have received the chicken pox (varicella) vaccine or have had the disease.

 

Dear Parents,
It is important that all children receive the required/recommended immunizations.  If your child has received boosters since kindergarten, please report the date of each dose to the school nurse.  If your child needs boosters, please make an appointment with your family physician or the state health clinic.  The state health clinic provides low-cost immunization to students.   Call the clinic at (717) 242-1452. Feel free to call if you have questions about immunization requirements.
