If you do NOT see a confirmation page after you submit, please use your email service to send your request. The address is: If your information was successfully received, you will receive an email when the Alumni Connection Database has been updated.

Please Note: Requesting a change or removal of information is a form that is submitted to the MCSD webmaster. The information does not automatically change when you submit the form. You will be contacted by email, if available, when the change has taken place, usually within a week following the request.
