The MCSD Wellness Committee presents
"Nutrition Nuggets" as an informational newsletter for
students, parents and staff. Each monthly newsletter
contains information for preparing nutritious foods on a
tight schedule and budget, how to find time for daily
exercise, helping children choose healthy snacks, fun
exercise suggestions and ways to make nutritious foods
attractive to children.
